  Have you ever heard someone saying that a person could be walking on water or walking in the clouds? If you were talking about someone walking with their head in the clouds, it could mean that they are so in love with someone that it is all they have on their minds. Sometimes we think that if a person holds their head up and doesn't talk much that they are either stuck-up or just in the clouds. If we say that someone is acting like they could walk on water we are actually saying that this person thinks that they can do no wrong.
